In 2008, we decided to sell our 5-bed semi in Blanchardstown and move to an apartment, due to retirement. We contacted McPeakes, as we fancied Erris Square in Waterville, and we were dealt with by Jennifer Clarke. She was pleasant and helpful and the purchase proceeded very smoothly. This was despite the fact that we were already living in France, and communicating by telephone and email. Jennifer was very helpful in assisting us to pick the exact apartment, and knew exactly the pros and cons of each one. Also, we were able to move out of our house and into the new apartment on the same day.

McPeakes is the best money i ever spent. At first i hoped to save costs by managing my property myself but in the long run, lack of time to carry out inspections and repairs cost me more.
